Epilda warn of fake copies of their products in circulation

Manufacturer Epilda have sent an important message to their customers. They have discovered that counterfeit copies of Epilda chips are circulating in some overseas markets. They include one example also provided here. At a quick glance it appears difficult to distinguish between the authentic Elpida product and the counterfeit (one difference, however, is that the lot number for the counterfeit product does not exist).
