UK MoD launches counterfeit component awareness campaign

ChipCheck has been blogging on the recent US events regarding counterfeit electronic components entering military supply chains for a while now.

Well, following on from the recent US crackdown in response to an investigation that uncovered counterfeit components in US defence systems, the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) have launched a 'counterfeit awareness working group' to raise awareness of the issue of rogue parts in military supply chains.
